Delivery Policy

At Online Chemist, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered promptly. Please find our delivery options, estimated delivery times, and policies below:

Delivery Options and Timeframes

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (up to 3 days)

• • Aim: Next working day delivery (up to 3 days maximum).
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 11:00 am (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 am or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (up to 5 days)

• • Aim: Delivery within 2-3 working days (up to 5 days maximum).
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 11:00 am (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 am or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

     

Collect from OC Medhub NR31 (FREE)

• • • Collection is available from 23a Middleton Road, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 7AJ.
    • Ready for collection within 1 working day.
    • Collect: Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm.

Local Delivery (up to 2 days)

• • Available for customers in NR31 postcode.
  • Orders will be delivered directly to your address within 2 working days.
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 11:00 am will be processed the same working day. Orders after this time will be processed the next working day.

Additional Information

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
• Delays: While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, unforeseen delays with Royal Mail or other factors may occur.
• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services upon dispatch.

Refund Policy:

We cannot accept returns of prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medication. This is for safety reasons. Any unwanted or unused medication should be taken to a local pharmacy to be disposed of.

Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds for medicines that have been shipped to you. For prescription-only-medicine (POM) orders you wish to cancel, you must let us know before our prescribers approve the prescription to receive a refund.

For orders of non-medical products, you will have 14 days to change your mind about the product. This 14-day period starts from when you receive the product, or when the product is shipped in instalments, 14 days from the date of receiving the last instalment. Some non-medical products are exempt from this, such as sealed products which are not suitable for return.

In the event that a product is damaged or defective, or we have sent the wrong product to you we will accept returns on the product. We are unable to reimburse you for the cost of returning it to us. We will replace the product or issue a refund.
