What is Co-codamol 8/500mg?

Co-codamol 8/500mg is a combination pain relief medicine containing paracetamol (500mg) and codeine phosphate (8mg). It is used to relieve moderate pain that is not relieved by paracetamol, ibuprofen, or aspirin alone.
